Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of fluciclovine f 18 in high-grade glioma (HGG) and diffuse midline glioma (DMG), sponsored by Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Primary endpoints: Image analysis at 6 months and Histopathology analysis at 4 weeks. Started Aug 2024; status: recruiting.
