Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial in heart failure (HF) comparing Empagliflozin with Placebo, Then Empagliflozin (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Natriuretic effect of empagliflozin or placebo as an adjuvant to loop diuretic therapy at Day 1, Change in plasma volume from baseline to 7 days and 1 more.
