Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of fluciclovine f 18 in glioma, sponsored by Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Primary endpoints: Change in standardized uptake value parameters (SUVmax and SUVpeak) on metabolic tumor volume at 1 year and Changes in pretreatment tumor measurement on MRI at 1 year.
