Who it enrols
Patients aged 60-80 with an acute ischemic stroke within 15 days and no history of dementia (CDR <= 0.5). Excludes Type 1 diabetes, aphasia, prior dementia, hemorrhagic stroke, GFR < 45 mL/min, and severe liver disease.
