Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of insulin degludec in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) (2 arms), sponsored by Sunshine Lake Pharma. Primary endpoints: Area under the plasma concentration-time curve from time zero to 24 hours and Area under the glucose infusion rate curve from administration to end of clamp from time zero to 24 hours.
