Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in post-acute sequelae of SARS-CoV-2 infection (PASC) comparing Nirmatrelvir plus ritonavir with Placebo plus ritonavir (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Number of Participants With No, Mild, Moderate, or Severe Symptoms According to the Core Symptoms Severity Scale Score at 10 weeks. Started Nov 2022; status: completed.
