Overview
Phase 2, open-label trial of pegsitacianine in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) and cancer of unknown primary (CUP) (2 cohorts), sponsored by UT Southwestern Medical Center. Primary endpoints: Diagnostics performance and safety of 1 mg/kg Pegsitacianine in patients with HNSCC at 5 years and Diagnostics performance and safety of 1 mg/kg Pegsitacianine in patients with UPC at 5 years.
