Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in monocarboxylate transporter 8 deficiency comparing Tiratricol with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Rate of change from baseline in serum total T3 (ln-transformed) at Day 30 and Proportion of participants who meet the rescue criterion (serum total T3 > ULN) at Day 30.
