Overview
Phase 2, open-label trial of 11C-UCB-J in HIV-associated neurocognitive disorders (HAND), HIV-associated dementia (HAD) and HIV encephalitis (HIVE) (2 arms), sponsored by Yale University. Primary endpoints: Non-displaceable binding potential of 11C-UCB-J at 24 months and Change in cross-sectional differences and 24-month longitudinal changes in synaptic density.
