Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial of nirmatrelvir + ritonavir and remdesivir in coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) (4 arms), sponsored by ANRS. Primary endpoint: Percentage of patients with SARS-CoV-2 viral load (threshold cycle (Ct) <32) by real-time RT-PCR in nasopharyngeal swabs at Day 10. Started Apr 2023; status: recruiting.
