Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial in opioid use disorder (OUD) comparing AZD4041 Arm with Placebo Arm (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Number of Participants With Increased End-tidal Carbon Dioxide (EtCO2) of at Least 10 mmHg Compared to Baseline or > 50 mmHg at Day 15 and Number of Participants With Reduction in Blood Oxygen Saturation (SpO2) to < 92% at Day 15.
