Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial in Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) and Alzheimer's disease (AD) comparing Centella asiatica extract with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Change from baseline in brain N-acetylaspartate (NAA) to creatine (Cr) metabolite ratio at 6 weeks. Started Dec 2022; status: recruiting.
