Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) comparing Trehalose with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Nitric Oxide Mediated Endothelium-Dependent Vasodilation via Laser Doppler Flowmetry Coupled with Intradermal Microdialysis at 2 weeks and Autophagic Flux Protein Expression at 2 weeks.
