Overview
Randomised trial in acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) comparing Placebo with Racecadotril (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Change in blister fluid volume (unpaired inter-patient comparison) at 24 hours and Change in blister fluid volume (paired intra-patient comparison) at 24 hours.
