Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of psilocybin in major depressive disorder (MDD), sponsored by Washington University School of Medicine. Primary endpoints: Synaptogenesis in hippocampus measured by 11C-UCB-J PET at 7 days and Synaptogenesis in medial prefrontal cortex measured by 11C-UCB-J PET at 7 days. Planned start Jul 2023; status: withdrawn.
