Phase 4, randomised trial of ketotifen in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and Nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) (2 arms), sponsored by Tanta University. Primary endpoint: Fibrosis Improvement (≥ 1 stage) at 6 months. Started May 2023; status: completed.
