Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of ilaprazole in Peptic ulcer disease (PUD), gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and duodenal ulcer (2 arms), sponsored by Il-Yang Pharmaceutical. Primary endpoints: Area Under the Curve from time zero to last quantifiable concentration and Maximum Observed Plasma Concentration. Planned start Nov 2024; status: not yet recruiting.
