Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of B4t2-001 in solid tumor, gastric adenocarcinoma, gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma and 4 more, sponsored by Shanghai East Hospital. Primary endpoints: Incidence of serious adverse events (SAEs), incidence and severity of adverse events (AEs) at 2 years and Maximum Tolerated Dose (MTD) and Recommended Phase 2 Dose (RP2D) at 2 years.
