Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of tricaprilin in Alzheimer's disease (AD) (3 arms), sponsored by Cerecin. Primary endpoints: Ratings of discomfort of the adverse events nausea, dyspepsia, abdominal pain, abdominal distension, diarrhoea at 21 days and Incidence of adverse events at 21 days.
