Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial of taplucainium chloride in refractory chronic cough (RCC) (8 arms), sponsored by Nocion Therapeutics. Primary endpoints: Number and severity of Treatment Emergent Adverse Events (TEAEs) following single doses at Day 23 and Number and severity of Treatment Emergent Adverse Events (TEAEs) following repeat doses at Day 12.
