Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of low-titer group O whole blood in hemorrhagic shock and psychological trauma (2 arms), sponsored by Fundación Valle del Lili. Primary endpoint: Hierarchical composite outcome of mortality at 28 days and evolution of organ dysfunction (SOFA score). Started Jan 2023; status: recruiting.
