Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of transforming growth factor-beta-imprinted natural killer cells in sarcoma, osteosarcoma (OS), Ewing sarcoma and 2 more, sponsored by Nationwide Children's Hospital. Primary endpoints: Safety and Dose-Limiting Toxicities (Part 1) and 6-month Progression Free Survival (Part 2). Started Nov 2022; status: recruiting.
