Overview
Phase 2, open-label trial of ruxoprubart in Complement 3 glomerulopathy (C3G) (3 cohorts), sponsored by NovelMed Therapeutics. Primary endpoints: Incidence of Adverse Events and Serious Adverse Events at Day 84, Urine Protein to Creatinine Concentration Ratio at Day 84 and 3 more. Planned start May 2027; status: not yet recruiting.
