Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of acetylcholine and endothelin-1 in preeclampsia and microvascular dysfunction (MVD). Primary endpoints: Microvascular endothelial function at 4 hours and Microvascular endothelin-1-mediated constriction at 4 hours. Started Jan 2023; status: recruiting.
