Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in idiopathic basal ganglia calcification (PFBC) and Primary Familial Brain Calcification (PFBC) comparing Etidronate with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Overall cognitive functioning at 12 months, Memory at 12 months and 3 more. Started Apr 2023; status: recruiting.
