Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of luspatercept in alpha thalassemia (4 arms), sponsored by Bristol Myers Squibb. Primary endpoints: Number of participants with >= 50% reduction from baseline in RBC transfusion burden, Number of participants with an increase from baseline of >= 1.0 g/dL in mean hemoglobin values and 3 more.
