PK Study of Amlodipine Besylate Controlled-release vs Norvasc in Healthy Volunteers

Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of amlodipine in hypertension (HTN) (2 arms), sponsored by Overseas Pharmaceuticals. Primary endpoints: Area under the curve from time zero to the time of the last quantifiable plasma at 1 month, Area under the curve from time zero to infinity at 1 month and 1 more. Status: unknown.
