Overview
Phase 4, randomised, single-blind trial of somatropin and liraglutide in growth hormone deficiency (GHD) (4 arms), sponsored by Columbia University. Primary endpoints: Change in Agouti-related peptide (AgRP) in GH vs. placebo arms at 3 weeks and Change in Agouti-related peptide (AgRP) in GH vs. GH + liraglutide arms at 3 weeks. Started May 2023; status: recruiting.
