Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of ca9hu-1 in solid tumor, clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC), triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) and 3 more. Primary endpoints: Number of adverse events to CA9hu-1 and grading their severity at 6 months, Number of patients reaching dose levels of 750 mg without dose limiting toxicities at 4 weeks and 2 more. Planned start Jan 2024; status: not yet recruiting.
