Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial in melanoma and brain metastasis (BM) comparing Pre-Surgery Nivolumab + Ipilimumab with Pre-Surgery Nivolumab + Relatlimab(Opdualag) (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Ability to recruit per treatment arm at 30 months and Comparison of immune cell population per treatment arm at 15 months. Started Jun 2023; status: completed.
