Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of mbIL21-expanded natural killer cells in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), sponsored by Sanofi. Primary endpoints: Relapse Free Survival, Frequency of Cytomegalovirus Reactivation/Infection up to 2 years and 7 more. Planned start Oct 2024; status: withdrawn.
