Safety and PK of Multiple Rising Doses of BI 1839100 and Drug-Drug Interactions in Healthy Men

Phase 1, randomised, single-blind trial of BI 1839100 in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF), progressive pulmonary fibrosis (PPF) and chronic cough (7 arms), sponsored by Boehringer Ingelheim. Primary endpoints: Occurrence of any treatment-emergent adverse event assessed as drug-related up to 26 days, Area under the concentration-time curve of midazolam, digoxin and rosuvastatin when administered without BI 1839100 up to 20 days and 3 more.
