Phase 3, randomised trial in postoperative pain, post-operative inflammation and trismus comparing Methylprednisolone group with Dexamethasone group (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Postoperative inflammation following third molar surgical extraction at 7 days, Postoperative trismus following third molar surgical extraction at 7 days and 1 more.
