Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial of lisocabtagene maraleucel in phenylketonuria (PKU) (4 arms), sponsored by Synlogic. Primary endpoints: Mean Percent Change From DEP Baseline in Blood Phenylalanine (Phe) Level at Week 3 of iTD During the DEP and Change in Blood Phenylalanine (Phe) Level during the Randomized Withdrawal Period at 4 weeks.
