Overview
Phase 2, open-label trial of epalrestat in Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease (CMT) (2 arms), sponsored by Third Xiangya Hospital, Central South University. Primary endpoints: Serum sorbitol levels at 36 months and Overall Neuropathy Limitations Scale at 36 months. Planned start Apr 2023; status: not yet recruiting.
