Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of UCD19 CAR-T in acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL), sponsored by Nationwide Children's Hospital. Primary endpoints: Proportion of products successfully manufactured and infused at 4 years and Incidence and severity of adverse events at 1 year. Planned start Oct 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
