Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in human immunodeficiency virus infection (HIV) comparing Dasatinib with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Grade 3 or 4 treatment-related adverse events or laboratory abnormalities at 48 weeks and Changes in SAMHD1 phosphorylation in CD4+ T cells upon in-vitro T cell activation at 48 weeks.
