Phase 2, randomised trial in alcohol use disorder (AUD) comparing Pregnenolone 300mg with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Percent of Subjects with no Heavy Drinking Days at 12 weeks and Safety of pregnenolone at 12 weeks. Started Jan 2024; status: recruiting.
