Overview
Phase 2, randomised trial in treatment-resistant depression (TRD) and suicidal ideation comparing Perampanel + Ketamine with Placebo + Ketamine (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Change in suicidal ideations in response to Ketamine at 24 hours and Change in antidepressant response to Ketamine at 24 hours. Started Apr 2023; status: recruiting.
