Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial of etoricoxib and dexamethasone in postoperative pain and trismus (3 arms), sponsored by University of Belgrade. Primary endpoints: Relative gene expression of inflammatory and early wound healing salivary mediators (COX-2, PGE2, RUNX2, ALP, OCN) at 7 days and Protein expression of inflammatory and early wound healing salivary mediators (PGE2, MAR1) at 7 days.
