Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial of monosialotetrahexosylganglioside in peripheral neuropathy (3 arms), sponsored by Qilu Pharmaceutical. Primary endpoints: Incidence of Grade ≥2 neurotoxicity (CTCAE) and Change in FACT/GOG-Ntx score from baseline. Planned start Apr 2023; status: not yet recruiting.
