Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of sipuleucel-T in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC), sponsored by University of Oklahoma. Primary endpoints: Proportion of patients completing 3 doses of Sipuleucel-T immunotherapy at 5 months and Proportion of subjects who have detectable elevated IgG level and/or T-cell proliferation at 12 months.
