Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of gefapixant in chronic cough. Primary endpoints: Change in cough-related brain activity using brain imaging following Gefapixant administration at 12 weeks and Change in cough-related brain activity using brain imaging following Gefapixant withdrawal at 13 weeks.
