RHH646 in Participants With Knee Osteoarthritis

Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in knee osteoarthritis (OA) comparing RHH646 75 mg with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Change From Baseline in Cartilage Volume in the Index Region of the Target Knee by MRI at 52 weeks and Number of Participants With Treatment Emergent Adverse Events (AEs) and Serious Adverse Events (SAEs) at 56 weeks.
