Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of lobeglitazone, sitagliptin and liquid metformin (Aspargo Labs) in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) (2 arms), sponsored by Chong Kun Dang Holdings. Primary endpoints: Maximum Plasma Concentration (Cmax) of CKD-383 at 48 hour and Area Under the Curve to the last measurable time point (AUCt) of CKD-383 at 48 hour.
