Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of magrolimab in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), sponsored by City of Hope. Primary endpoints: Incidence of dose-limiting toxicities and Maximum tolerated dose and recommended phase 2 dose. Planned start Oct 2024; status: withdrawn.
