Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial of selexipag, riociguat and sotatercept in pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) (3 arms), sponsored by Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Primary endpoints: Right Ventricular Stroke Volume at 12 weeks and Daily Hemodynamic Detection of Treatment Response at 24 weeks. Started Jun 2023; status: active, not recruiting.
