Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial of MRx0029 and Parabacteroides distasonis MRx0005 in Parkinson's disease (PD) (4 cohorts), sponsored by 4D Pharma plc. Primary endpoints: Incidence of treatment-emergent adverse events up to 24 weeks and Incidence of Serious Adverse Events up to 24 weeks. Planned start May 2022; status: withdrawn.
