Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of avd-104 in geographic atrophy (GA) and age-related macular degeneration (AMD) (4 arms), sponsored by Aviceda Therapeutics. Primary endpoints: Occurrence of Dose Limiting Toxicity at 3 months and Rate of Change in Area of Geographic Atrophy at 12 months. Started May 2023; status: completed.
