Overview
Phase 2, open-label trial of trametinib and azacitidine in juvenile myelomonocytic leukemia (JMML) (2 arms), sponsored by Therapeutic Advances in Childhood Leukemia and Lymphoma Consortium. Primary endpoints: Safety of combining trametinib with azacitidine at 58 days and Safety of combining trametinib with azacitidine, fludarabine and cytarabine at 58 days.
